SBI PO Prelims result date: Expected on 18th July 2016

State Bank of India (SBI) has managed to smoothly commence the SBI PO Prelims examination 2016 (Phase 1). SBI had conducted the exams in online mode on 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th July. It is expected to announce the results on 18th of July 2016 at the link: www.sbi.co.in . All the SBI PO aspirants have high expectations from this result as this result will help them as a “gateway” for the SBI PO Mains 2016. The examination pattern of the Prelims exams ranged from easy to difficult and were a wide range of question of all types. Selected candidates will be called up for the SBI PO Mains scheduled on 31st July, 2016.

Steps to check the SBI PO Prelims Result 2016:

Given below are the steps to check SBI PO Prelims Result 2016:

a. Log in to the official website of SBI PO www.sbi.co.in  or PO result likn page.

b. You will find a link which says check your SBI PO Prelims Result 2016. Click on the link.

c. A pop up or a new window will appear in front of you. Enter the necessary details (roll number and password or roll number and date of birth).

d. After using any one of those combinations (given in point ‘c’), click on the submit button.

e. Your SBI PO prelims result will appear on the screen along with your score card.

f. Download the result and the score card and keep these documents with you for future reference.

A message “Congratulations – You have been shortlisted for the SBI PO main examination (Phase-II) to be held on 31-07-2016. You can download your call letter from banks website from 21-07-2016.” will be displayed on your score card if you have cleared the exam of SBI PO Prelims.

Expected cut- off marks for SBI PO Prelims 2016:

The candidates will have to secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the three sections. Along with this, they also have to secure the overall cut off marks to crack the examination.

The cut- off marks are as follows:

i. General: 47. 5

ii. OBC: 42. 25

iii. SC: 37. 25

iv. ST: 19. 75
