Candidates who have completed Graduation course in Law by doing LLB or B.A.LLB  can appear for the examination. Generally, the minimum age for applying is 21/22 years and the maximum age limit varies from state to state. In the majority of states, there is no limit on the number of attempts for the Judiciary exam. The only exception is Uttar Pradesh which has limited the number of attempts to four.
