How To Download RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019?

Students can download their Railway NTPC Admit Card 2019 by following the steps given below:

  1. Must visit the official Railway website
  2. There will be a link present on the home page called 'Admit Card' or  'Download Admit Card'
  3. Candidates must click on the link
  4. They will fill the Registration number and Password
  5. The page will open where they can click the Download button and download their Admit Card
  6. Take 5-6 print outs of it and do not forget to carry the Admit Card to the Exam Hall

How to Download RRB NTPC Admit Card for Scribe?

  • The candidates those are affected by disabilities like Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, Locomotor Disability, or Intellectual disability has also the eligible to download the Admit Card as the steps which given above for the Different categories.
  • The qualification of the scribe applicants should be below that of the other candidates who applied for RRB.
  • While giving the exam candidates are responsible for the conduct of scribe.
  • As per the official notification, the candidates need to carry the scribe along with them at the center and fill necessary details in Format given at Annexure V(D) at the center.
  • In case of emergency, candidates can change the scribe.
  • To change the scribe candidates need to give a valid reason and the relevant documents/details with the photo of the scribe are to be entered in new scribe for, as per Annexure V(D).

RRB NTPC Travel Pass for SC/ ST

  • The travel pass for SC/ ST candidates will be released online.
  • The candidates can download it by entering their login details Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • Aspirants whoever uploaded their caste certificate, they are only eligible to for the travel pass.
  • It should be work for the train journey only.
  • Travel pass will be applicable for the sleeper class only.
  • Candidates will use their pass as a ticket, they need to show to the Ticket Checker in the train.
  • It is needed while travelling both sides.

RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019 Details

RRB NTPC Admit Card for Aptitude/Typing Test

First of all, the Aptitude/Typing tests are not for all the students. Aptitude test is only for those students who opted for the positions of Assistant Station Master (ASM) and Traffic Assistant Typing Test is for the candidates who chose the positions of Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist & Senior Clerk-cum-Typist.

How to Change the RRB NTPC Exam Centers?

The following are the steps to change the RRB NTPC Exam Centres for the year 2019. You can follow these steps to get to know about the procedure to change your allotted Exam Centre 2019.

  • Go to the Railway Requirement Board (RRB) Official Website
  • Enter your Registration no. and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Go to the 'Helpdesk' option at the top
  • Click on 'Log new Ticket'
  • Select the post applied (Assistant station master, Traffic Apprentice, Senior Clerk-cum-Typist, etc)
  • Next select 'Examination Details Related' in the problem category
  • In problem type, choose one of the following to change test center cities based on the issues:

RRB NTPC Document Verification

The candidates must carry the following documents along with their RRB NTPC Admit Card:

RRB NTPC Exam Day Dress Code

The Railway has made some strict regulations on what candidates must and must not wear at the exam hall. All the aspirants are to strictly take care of the following dress code. So, whoever will not follow the rules can face some negative consequences:

  • Candidates should carry open footwear like slippers, sandals instead of shoes
  • Hence, No candidate has permission to carry heavy/traditional clothes
  • Female candidates must not carry any type of heels as the allowance is only for flats/slippers
  • Candidates must not wear outfits with full sleeves or big buttons, etc.
  • Female candidates must not leave their hair hang open at the exam hall.
  • Therefore, all the female aspirants must tie their hair properly
  • No male should wear any type of suits, expensive bracelets, goggles, cufflinks or gold chains

How to fill RRB MI Recruitment 2019 Application Form

The candidates must follow the steps given below to fill the RRB MI Application Form: Step 1

  • Firstly, visit the official website of RRB i.e www.indianrailways.gov.in
  • Click on Recruitment for NTPC, Para-Medical, Level-1 and MI Posts
  • Candidates are supposed to choose the RRB they want to go for
  • Candidates must understand that the RRB once selected will not be changed or modified
  • Read the important instructions and confirm that the candidates have read the instructions
  • Candidates will now click on 'New Registration'

After the submission of the article, if the candidates want to make any changes or edits in the form, they must follow the following criteria. The candidates must note that they have to pay Rs.100/- to make changes after the submission.

  • If the candidate is modifying the community, they have to pay the difference in exam fee i.e 250/- along with the modification charge

Document Verification & Medical Fitness Test – RRB JE Exam Pattern

Candidates who will clear both CBT 1 & CBT 2 will have to go through Document Verification & medical Fitness Test in order to be eligible to be in the final merit list. RRB will release the date for Document Verification & Medical fitness test few days after the result of CBT 2 will be released.

Document Verification:

In this step of the selection process, candidates are required to submit documents as mentioned in the official notification for claiming their seat. Applicants claiming for relaxation also need to submit the relevant documentation to support their claims.

Instructions for Uploading Documents Online – RRB JE Exam Pattern

  • If any certificate is not in Hindi or English, one must bring its translated version.
  • The certificate must specify the date of issue.
  • One must upload all the required documents before the given deadline.
  • Single page documents should be in JPEG/JPG format.
  • Documents having multiple pages must be uploaded in PDF format.
  • For single page document, image size should remain between 50-300 kb.
  • For multiple page document, image size should remain between 50-500 kb.
  • Documents such as Matric Certificate, Intermediate/PUC Certificate, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate are single page documents

Mandatory Documents

  • You must carry the RailwayGroup D Admit Card to the exam venue. Without the hall ticket, you won’t be allowed to sit for the exam venue.
  • Also, you must carry a valid photo identity proof in original and photocopies of the same. The photo should be clear.
  • Carry two passport size recent photos with the admit card.

 Exam Day Instructions for Aspirants

  • You must report to the exam center well before the reporting time.
  • You have to write a self-declaration paragraph.
  • Also, you need to put your signature and left hand thumb impression on the space provided in presence of the invigilator.

RRB NTPC Stage 3 Exam Date and Procedure – Candidates can now access the normalised score card based on the 2nd stage of Computer Based test for Non-technical Popular category posts for RRB NTPC.

Railway Recruitment board will begin provisional shortlisting of candidates who are appearing for the post of assistant station master, traffic assistant and typing skills test for the posts of junior accounts assistant cum typist and Senior clerk cum typist. The notification for the same will be soon published on the official regional RRB websites. The aptitude/ Typins skill test is likely to be held in June/ July 2017.

RRB NTPC Stage 3 Exam Date and Procedure – Aptitude Test:

Aptitude Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Aptitude test may comprise of several test batteries and the candidates will have to qualify in each of these batteries to be considered for the posts of Assistant Station Master (ASM), Traffic Assistant..

The marks for aptitude test and Typing skills test will be added to the 2nd Stage written examination of CBT. Marks. The ratio of the CBT marks in the 2nd Stage CBT marks and aptitude test marks shall be 70: 30. Candidates who do not score sufficient marks in the tests shall be eliminated. However, candidates shall be chosen for other posts where they are eligible. Candidates can visit the website of respective RRB’s and look at all guidance material and mock tests to understand the tests thoroughly.

RRB NTPC Stage 3 Exam Date and Procedure – Typing Skill test:

The Typing Skill Test is qualifying in nature and the candidates appearing in Typing Skill Test have to type in the language opted for Typing Skill Test during on-line application stage viz. 300 words typing at the minimum speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 250 words typing at 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer within 10 minutes to qualify in the test else they will be eliminated from the selection process for Jr. Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist and Sr. Clerk-cumTypist. They will, however, be eligible to be considered for other posts depending upon their merit cum preferences and suitability.
