SSC CGL Answer Key (Tier 1 ) Released

SSC has released the official SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key exam conducted from June 04- June 13, 2019. The official SSC CGL answer key also includes the response sheets for the re-scheduled exam conducted on June 19, 2019.

  • SSC CGL Answer key and response sheet can be checked on the official website of SSC
  • To raise objections on any of the answers, candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 100.
  • Raise objections on the SSC CGL Answer Key until June 30, 2019.
  • Candidates can, however, predict their result from this official answer key to start their preparation for the next stage of SSC CGL.

How To Calculate Your Score With SSC CGL Answer Key?

Candidates basically use SSC CGL Tier 1 answer key in order to evaluate marks. The candidates evaluate their marks and match with the answer key in order to see where they stand in the competition and to get an idea about how many scores will they achieve in the respective exam. The students can check how to calculate scores with the help of the answer key as follows:

  • Open the Answer Key Page
  • Now, check the response of question number 1
  • In response sheet, the candidate's given answer is mentioned as 'Candidate's Answer'
  • Once the student checks their answer, they should proceed to see which actually is the right answer
  • If the answer matches the actual answer, mark it as correct and vice versa
  • If the candidate has not attempted the question, mark it as un-attempted.
  • Similarly, the candidate should repeat the steps from 2 to 4 for all the given 100 questions

SSC CGL Tier 1 Answer Key Overview

  • Staff Selection Commission releases the Answer Keys for Tier 1 & Tier 2 only as they are Online Objective Papers.
  • No Answer Key is released for the Tier 3 exam as it is an offline paper.
  • Tier 3 examination has a descriptive section in English/Hindi (writing of Essay/Letter/Application Writing/Precis) hence no Answer Key can be released.

SSC CHSL Exam To Be Conducted From July 01

Staff Selection Commission announced the exam dates for SSC CHSL 2019. The exam has been scheduled for July 01- July 11, 2019.

ALERT: SSC CHSL Exam for Shift 1 and Shift 2 has been cancelled by the commission for 1st July 2019. However, the exam has been successfully concluded for Shift 3 on 1st July. 

  • Candidates who have the exam in the 3rd shift must report before 3:30 pm for the exam. Check SSC CHSL Shift 3 Exam Analysis
  • Carry a printed copy of SSC CHSL Admit Card to the exam center along with an ID proof.
  • Candidates with their exam in various shifts for the other shall keep themselves updated for the questions asked in the exam from this article.

  • The duration of the exam is 1 hour with 4 sections.

  • Travel pass will be applicable for the sleeper class only.

How to Change the RRB NTPC Exam Centers?

The following are the steps to change the RRB NTPC Exam Centres for the year 2019. You can follow these steps to get to know about the procedure to change your allotted Exam Centre 2019.

  • Go to the Railway Requirement Board (RRB) Official Website
  • Enter your Registration no. and Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Go to the 'Helpdesk' option at the top

  • Candidates should carry open footwear like slippers, sandals instead of shoes
  • Hence, No candidate has permission to carry heavy/traditional clothes
  • Female candidates must not carry any type of heels as the allowance is only for flats/slippers
  • Candidates must not wear outfits with full sleeves or big buttons, etc.
  • Female candidates must not leave their hair hang open at the exam hall.
  • Therefore, all the female aspirants must tie their hair properly

Job description for the post of Junior Superintendent

  1. Act as in charge of the warehouse in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
  2. Check and verify the godown-wise and commodity-wise accounts and append his signatures in token of having done so.
  3. Assist in ensuring proper godown hygiene as also to assist in building up of proper stacks.
  4. Act as in charge for stocks, operations and godown(s) as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
  5. Ensure timely submission of returns and reports to Head Office/Regional Office and to handle general correspondence.
  6. Deal with all matters connected with H&T operations e.g. checking/countersigning of work-slips and scrutiny of contractor’s bills.

SSC CHSL Eligibility: Recruitment 2018-19

The Eligibility criteria of SSC CHSL is out. The following is the detailed information about the SSC CHSL Eligibility:

Educational Qualification

  1. Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
  2. For Data Entry Operator in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.

Age Limit

Candidate should be between 18-27 years of age according to the official notice of SSC

Guidelines to fill SSC CHSL Application Form

There are some guidelines that all the candidates should take care of when they are filling the SSC CHSL Form:

Specifications of Photograph

  • The size of the photo should be in between 4-12 kb
  • It should be in JPEG Format

SSC Result | SSC Marks Normalization Update

SSC Result Latest News on Normalization of Marks: SSC has announced calculation of scores for SSC CGLor SSC CHSL or SSC JE or any other exam conducted by SSC, through a normalized method. This update was introduced in PDF format on the official website of SSC on February 07, 2019.

SSC Result: Normalization of Marks

SSC has concluded to calculate the marks of any candidate appearing for SSC CGL through normalized score calculation. CGL exam is conducted in multiple shifts, thus, keeping in mind the difficulty level of each shift, SSC has introduced this change.

The normalization is done following the fundamental assumption that in all multi-shifts examination, the distribution of abilities of candidates is same across all shifts.

This fundamental assumption holds true since the number of candidates appearing in the exam conducted by SSC is large and allocation of shifts to the candidates is random.

The scores calculated using the normalized formula can be corrected up to 5 places of decimal. Given below is the formula for calculation of final scores of candidates in SSC exam:
