The central bank of India has made sure that the regional rural banks maintain financial inclusion in the country. The purpose of the regional rural banks is to provide banking services in rural areas and make banks more accessible to rural areas. Indian banking system is hierarchal and is divided into various departments and its main goal is to give extended reach of its services to customers across India.
