SSC Stenographer Result 2017 for Skill Test to be revised | Final Results delayed Again

SSC has released a notice regarding revision of Skill test SSC Stenographer Result 2017. Staff selection committee will release the final result tentatively on 29th March 2019 for stenographer Group ‘C’ & Group ‘D’ posts.

Dear Aspirants,

SSC has released a notice regarding revision of Skill test SSC Stenographer Result 2017. Staff selection committee will release the final result tentatively on 29th March 2019 for stenographer Group ‘C’ & Group ‘D’ posts. SSC published an official notice claiming the same. The decision to release the SSC Stenographer Group C & Group D  final result has been made after the Commission is mandated to make recruitment to Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) posts and Group ‘C’ (non-technical) posts under Government of India and their attached and subordinate offices. They soon received representations from the candidates regarding evaluation of their Skill Test. Skill test result was earlier published twice but it is again to be re-evaluated by SSC.

Latest Notice regarding SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ exam 2017

The SSC declared the result of Skill Test of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ exam, 2017 on November 28, 2018 and uploaded it on the website of the Commission. A new result of the Skill Test for the exam was also declared on December 10, 2018.
“Consequent upon receipt of some representations from the candidates regarding evaluation of their Skill Test, the Commission has undertaken a comprehensive review of such cases,” the SSC said in the statement.
“The Commission will declare the final result of the above mentioned examination on 29-03-2019,” the statement added. There a total of 2267 candidates in the final stage of selection process for recruitment of Stenographer post in Grade ‘C’ and Grade ‘D’.

Through this recruitment, a total of 1,473 vacancies will be filled by the Commission for various ministries and organizations out of which 1434 vacancies are for grade ‘D’ posts. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years and during the period of probation, the candidates should undergo training or clear examinations if prescribed later.

SSC Stenographer Result 2017 for Skill Test to be revised | Final Results delayed

SSC has released a notice regarding revision of Skill test SSC Stenographer Result 2017.Also, Northern Region (NR) has released the date of commencement of Document verification from 7th December 2018. Read in details below.

SSC Stenographer Result 2017 Skill Test Under Revision 

Dear Aspirants,

According to the latest notice released by SSC, the final SSC Steno Result 2017 will not be published on 28th December 2018. This is due to some objections raised on the SSC Stenographer Skill Test Result 2017. Previously, the Skill test results for SSC Steno 2017 was declared on 28th December, along with an additional list on 10th December. But considering the objections raised, the commission has considered revising the evaluation of Skill Test. However, this process will take some time and the final result will be intimated through further notices by SSC. You can read the notice from the given link below.

SSC Steno Grade D Hindi Batch Result Released

SSC has released Batch-III of the Stenographer Grade ‘D’ – Hindi held on 09-09-2018 in SSC (Northern Region). Staff Selection Commission has declared SSC Stenographer Result for Skill Test. All the Grade C and D candidates who appeared for the test can check the result PDF using the direct link mentioned in this post. Document verification for the Northern region will commence from 7th December 2018. Applicants from Northern Region (NR) can check the official notice in this post below.

The question paper will be of Objective Multiple choice types. Questions will be set in Hindi and English except for Part-III. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the question.

Skill Test:

The candidates will have to appear for the stenography test. The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English / Hindi at the speed of 100 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade “C‟ and 80 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade “D‟. The matter will have to be transcribed on the computer. The transcription time is as follows:-
