Minimum Educational Qualification:

1. For Management Trainee (Technical): The candidate must be BE/BTech from a recognized university in the relevant discipline(Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/Civil/ Ceramics/ Mining with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
2. For Management Trainee (F&A): The candidate must have Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH) and must have passed  the Final Exam of ICAI/ICWAI.
3. For Junior Medical Officer: The candidate must have an MBBS Degree holder form a recognized university/Boards/Institution.

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 30 Years

Mode of Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of  Written Examination and Interview.
