SSC CGL 2016 (Tier-I) – Exam Analysis & Expected Cut Off (Shift 1, 2 and 3) – 3rd September 2016

SSC will conduct its 8th day of SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam on 3 September, 2016 .The exam will be held in three shifts as follows:
First Batch: 10 am to 11:15 am( Morning Shift),
Second Batch: 1:15 pm to 2.30 pm (Afternoon Shift)
Thirs Batch : 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm( Evening Shift)

This is for the first time that the Paper is being conducted in Computer Based Mode. Many candidates reported of Server error in the exam. The Computer Based Test consisted of 100 questions and the total marks allotted for test is 200.

Marking Scheme under SSC CGL 2016 Tier 1 exam

There are four sections, namely, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension consisting of 25 questions each.

All sections, except the English Comprehension section are available bilingual i.e. in both Hindi and English medium.

Every correct answer will fetch 2 marks and 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
-
No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.
