SSC CGL 2016 Important Dates

The Staff Selection Commission is one of the premier recruitment commissions in India. Tentative dates

SSC CGL examination postponed

The Staff Selection commission has recently announced to postpone the Combined Graduate Level examination. The tier 1 examination was earlier supposed to be conducted on 8th May and 22nd May 2016. According to the official notification of the board, the tier 1 examination will now be held in the month of August, 2016. The exact dates for the same will be notified on the Commission’s website shortly.

The decision has been taken by the commission in order to improve the existing pattern of the examination, keeping in mind the interest of the candidates appearing for the examination. Meanwhile, the delay in conduction of the examination has given more time to the candidates to prepare for the tier 1 examination.
