Paper – II (Descriptive Type)	Short  essay/    Letter  in English or Hindi	50	2.00     P.M.      to      2.30      PM  (30 minutes) / 2.00 P.M. to 2.45 PM (45 minutes) for Visually Handicapped/ Cerebral Palsy candidates.

Note: Paper-I will consist of Objective Type- Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be bi-lingual i.e. in both English & Hindi except Part-III (General English) which will be English proficiency test.In Paper-I, there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
