Selection Procedure: Interested and qualified candidates can apply for GATE exam. If you secure a valid GATE score then you will be eligible to apply for the JTO post.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt guidelines)

Educational Qualification : Candidate must possess BE / B.Tech or equivalent in Telecom / Electronics / Radio / Computer / Electrical / Information Technology / Instrumentation Engineering or M.Sc (Electronics) / M.Sc (Computer Science) and are required to appear GATE exam 2017, opting one paper from selected four disciplines of GATE paper codes i.e CS & IT/ EC/EE/ & IN

Application Fee: Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST)

• Candidates interested in joining BSNL as Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) must appear for GATE-2017 examination, which is being conducted by llT, Roorkee in the month of February, 2017.
• The candidates are required to apply to llT, Roorkee from 01/09/2016 to 04/10/2016 as per the information hosted on the website of llT, Roorkee.
