Admission Certificate/ Admit Card - SSC CGL Exam 2016 Tier-1

Your wait has come to an end with this article! The Staff Selection Commission has issued an note- worthy notice regarding availability of admission certificates for Combined Graduate Level  Examination(CGLE) 2016 which contains information about:

• Date regarding the availability of information of the candidates.
• Date for downloading the certificate for admission

The SSC CGL Exam 2016 Tier-1 examination is scheduled to be held from August 27, 2016 to September 11, 2016. The candidates have to download their Admission Certificate from their respective regional SSC official website. The following table contains the schedule:

The Staff Selection Commission has also specified a few details which are to be incorporated in the admit card:

     (a) Name

     (b) Father’s Name 

    (c) Address

    (d) Registration Number

    (e) Roll Number

    (f) Date & Shift of their Examination

    (g) City of Examination will be made available.

Note: The venue of the examination will be mentioned in the admission certificate of the candidate.

Revised Schedule of SSC CGL Tier I examination: 

Some note- worthy points:

1. The timing of one particular batch of SSC CGL 2016 exam will be of 75 minutes or 1 hour 15 minutes.
2. For this year, the SSC CGL examination is scheduled between 27th August 2016 and 11th September 2016. The Admit Cards or Admission certificates for SSC CGL 2016 examinations will be available by 10th August.
3. The Candidates need to appear for the examination in 2 shifts during the first three days of the examination i.e. 27-8-2016 to 29-8-2016.
4. The Candidates need to appear in 3 shifts during rest of the days i.e. 30-8-2016 to 11-9-2016.
