NABARD Development Assistant Exam 2016 : Exam Pattern, Syllabus and Preparation Tips

NABARD

NABARD is one of the most prestigious institutions in the country which takes care of development activities of the cottage industry, small industry, village industry and rural industries .NABARD also plays an important role in the growth of economic sectors, helps and promotes integrated development.

NABARD has invited applications from the candidates for the post of Development Assistant Grade A & B in Officer Cadre to fulfil the pan India requirement of the Bank.

 NABARD Development Assistants Prelims Exam Pattern :

The objective test of 1 hour duration consists of 3 Sections for total 100 marks. The candidates are required to qualify in each of the sections by securing passing marks which is to be decided by the Bank.

In the General Awareness section, special focus will be on questions from banking industry. Candidates who clear the cut off marks, as decided by NABARD, will be called to appear for the Mains Exam. There will be sectional cut offs and also 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

NABARD Development Assistants Mains Exam Pattern :

This test will be both objective as well as subjective. The Objective test will be of 90 minutes duration consisting of 4 Sections of total 150 marks.

The candidate needs to qualify in each section separately. There will be a deduction of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.


 

The Descriptive paper will consist of the English Language Test .This test will be of 30 minutes duration for total 50 marks. Following questions may be asked:

Preparation Tips for General Awareness Section:
