IBPS PO VI 2016- Online Registration starts

With the IBPS PO 2016 examination coming in, we wonder how prepared you are to nail it? The IBPS has activated the online registration link for the PO (Probationary Officer) posts. Candidates who are eligible and interested can apply.

Important guidelines for online registration of IBPS PO 2016:

  • Please visit the official website of IBPS PO i.e. www.ibps.in

  • You can find a link saying: “Click here to apply online for CWE PO/ MT- VI”

  • You can find an option “New Registration”. Click on it.

  • Read all the instructions and guidelines carefully before proceeding.

  • Click on ‘continue’ after filling all the required personal details

  • A “Registration number” and a “password” will be generated

  • After this, upload a scanned copy of your photograph along with a scanned signature

  • Complete the process by paying the registration fee online using a credit or debit card.

  • Take a print out and keep it with you for further reference

Necessary Instructions:

  • During online registration, the details provided by the candidates will be considered as final. No changes shall be accepted or encouraged once the form is submitted.

  • Do check the eligibility criteria (age and educational qualification) before starting the application process.

  • Do not fail to pay the registration fee which can be paid online

  • Take printout copies of the application and e- receipt. You can refer to it whenever and wherever required in the future.


Eligibility criteria:

  • As on 1st July 2016, the interested candidate’s age should be minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years.

  • The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university/ Institution.


The candidates applying for it will have to go through a selection process which will comprise of the following rounds:

  • Preliminary examination

  • Main examination

  • Personal interview
