IBPS PO Interview Round
Candidates who get shortlisted in IBPS PO Main Examination are called for the Interview round; these interviews are organized by the nodal bank in each and every state with the help of IBPS. You must go through the official website of IBPS at: http://www.ibps.in/ to download the interview call letter.
This round is of total 100 marks and it test your skills, knowledge, and over all personality. It is mandatory to get minimum 40% marks to qualify this round and finally making up to the placement list of your chosen bank.
You must carry listed below documents for the IBPS PO interview round:

How shall assessment be done in IBPS PO Exam 2016?
You are supposed to qualify the IBPS preliminary Exam 2016 so that you are called for the IBPS PO Main Exam. The marks obtained n preliminary exams are not added in the final assessment sheet.
The weightage/ratio of CWE-Main exam and interview will be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination of CWE PO and Interview. Interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or otherwise barred from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed.
A candidate should qualify both in the CWE and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on IBPS website.

Read “The Times of India” Newspaper daily for at least 4-5 hours to update your knowledge base with the happenings around the world.
How to read this newspaper?
- Read the first page for all the top and latest news, then directly go to the second last page.
- Read Sports News: Start from the page no. 35 (Second last page)till the page no. 33
- Page No 29, 30, 31 and 32 must be read finely for the Global and Business related news.
- Refer Page Number 28 for the editorial columns and to enhance your vocabulary.
- Refer Page number 21, 23 and 25 must be referred for the national political news.
You can miss the other pages as it contains only the local news which is of no use for this examination.
