Axis Bank  recently issued a Recruitment Notification for Bank Officers. It invites applications from dynamic graduates for admissions to Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru or Amity Global Business School in Noida. Under the Axis Bank Young Bankers Program(ABYB) program 2017, you can undergo training for 1 year and then join Axis Bank as a Customer Service Officer at Assistant Manager Grade.

Axis Bank Officers Recruitment 2017 - Eligibility Criteria:

 

 

Educational Qualifications:

 

• Graduation with 55% marks in any discipline in final year or aggregate.
• You are not eligible, if any of your relative is working in axis bank.
• You are not eligible if you are not a graduate yet.
• PG degree holders are also NOT eligible to apply for ABYB program 2017-2018.

Age Limit:

• 21 – 25 yrs. You should be born on or after 1st April 1992.
• No age relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD applicants.

Axis Bank Officers Recruitment 2017 – Salary:

During the course of training, monthly stipend of Rs. 5000 for the first 9 months & Rs. 12000 (for internships) would be provided.

After the successful completion of the course, 4.12 Lakhs per annum (Gross CTC inclusive of loan benefits and performance bonus).

 

Axis Bank Officers Recruitment 2017 – Application Fees:

Rs. 500/- (only for new registrants)

The fee is to be submitted along with online application form, before March 19, 2017.

 

Axis Bank Officers Recruitment 2017 – Selection Process:

The selection will be through a 2 stage selection process –  online Aptitude test and interview.

The Aptitude test will be of 2 hour duration and will be administered online. The test will assess the proficiency of candidates in the areas of:

• English
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Personality Test

Personal Interview: All the candidates who successfully clear the Aptitude test will be invited for a Personal Interview.
