Railway will construct 10 thousand kilometer high-speed train corridor in 10 lakh crore

Railway will make 'service captain' to overcome problems of passenger in trains

тЧП        In the state, 31 waste management projects related to the 155.45 MLD capacity water purification plant (STP) with an estimated cost of 1024.5 crore rupees have been approved.

Launch of viral load test


тЧП        Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Shri J.P. Nadda launched Viral Load Test for people suffering from HIV / AIDS (PLHIV) during a function organized here today.
тЧП        With this initiative, the free viral load test of 12 lakh PLHVs being treated in the country will be done at least once in a year.
тЧП        Nadda also announced that after all 'Treat All', viral load test is a major step towards the treatment and monitoring of people suffering from HIV.

 Intermodal stations will be built in 15 cities


тЧП        The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has undertaken a detailed feasibility study to set up Intermodal Station (IMS) in Nagpur and Varanasi and detailed project report (DPR) for this is in the final stages of preparation.
тЧП        In order to develop intermodal station, 15 cities of the country have been given priority, out of which Nagpur and Varanasi have been selected for the pilot project.

Nitin Gadkari inaugurated Truck Parking Terminal and Information Center at Tuticorin Port


тЧП        Union Road Transport and Highways, Shipping, Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Conservation Minister, Shri Nitin Gadkari today under the ambitious Sagarmala project, V.O. Tuticorin. Inauguration of a Truck Parking Terminal at the port of Chidambaranar. Built at a cost of Rs 23.69 crore, this terminal can operate up to 200 trucks.

тЧП        According to the provisions of Interstate River Water Dispute (ISRWD) Act, 1956, there will be a president and two other members in the tribunal, who will nominate the Chief Justice of India from the Supreme Court or the High Court Judges.
тЧП        Apart from this, water resources experts will be provided services of two assessors to give advice in the proceedings of the tribunal.

тЧП        The Union Cabinet has approved the three milled land of the National Highway Authority of India for the construction of bus-bay near the land of Indian Defense University in Gurugram, Haryana.
тЧП        With this, the Cabinet also sanctioned payment of Rs 1,82,719 lakhs made back by the Haryana Government on non-notification of the three dead land.
тЧП        This amount was given to the Haryana Government in 2011 during land acquisition.

Agni-II missile test successful
 
тЧП        Agni-II intermediate range ballistic missile was tested on Tuesday from APJ Abdul Kalam Island, Odisha.
тЧП        This test was done by Strategic Force Command.
тЧП        The range of missile is 2000 km.
тЧП        It can be increased to 3 thousand km.
тЧП        Agni II missile is capable of carrying nuclear weapons.

тЧП        The Maharashtra government approved Monday the deck of Captain Amol Yadav, India's first private aircraft maker, to set up a indigenous factory for the construction of 20-seat planes in Palghar in a Rs 35,000-crore project on Monday.
тЧП        The Maharashtra government had given support to it and was impressed by their efforts to offer land and fund to make a 20-seater aircraft.
