Hyderabad House, Vigyan Bhawan and Jawaharlal Nehru Bhawan have topped the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) ratings, leaving behind 49 government buildings including Rashtrapati Bhawan in the capital that were screened for overall cleanliness.
