Union Government released India Rankings 2016 under National Institutional Ranking Framework

The Union Minister for Human Resource Development Smriti Zubin Irani on 4 April 2016 released the India Rankings 2016 under National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in New Delhi.
The India Rankings 2016 is the first of its kind since the launch of NIRF in September 2015. It assessed the performance of higher educational institutions in India and ranked them accordingly.
