Sino-Indian Troops Resolve to Improve Relations on LAC
The armies of India and China today expressed mutual desire of maintaining and improving relations at the functional level along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Ladakh.
● The Indian Army and the PLA held a ceremonial Border Personnel Meeting (BPM) on the Indian side at Chushul and Daulat Beg Oldie (DBO) in the Eastern Ladakh.
● Indian delegations were led by Brigadier RS Raman and Brigadier Vijayant Yadav whereas the Chinese delegations were led by senior colonel Fan Jun and colonel Huang Xiua Hu, respectively.
● The celebration commenced with saluting the Indian flag by both the delegations members, followed by the ceremonial address by both delegation leaders.
● The delegations parted amidst bonds of friendship and commitment towards enhancing the existing cordial relations and maintaining peace along the LAC.
भारतीय और चीनी सैनिकों ने जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्वी लद्दाख में चुशुल और दौलत बेग ओल्डी में दीपावली के मौके पर मुलाकात कर आपसी संबंधाें को बढ़ाने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई हैै।
● भारत और चीन की सेनाओं ने लद्दाख में वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर कार्यात्मक स्तर पर संबंध बनाये रखने और उसे सुधारने की परस्पर इच्छा जतायी।
● सेना की उत्तरी कमान के एक प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि भारतीय सेना और पीएलए की भारतीय क्षेत्र में पूर्वी लद्दाख स्थित चूशुल और दौलत बेग ओल्डी में सीमा कर्मियों की औपचारिक बैठक हुई।
● उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय प्रतिनिधिमंडलों का नेतृत्व ब्रिगेडियर आर एस रमण और ब्रिगेडियर विजयंत यादव ने किया जबकि चीनी प्रतिनिधिमंडलों का नेतृत्व सीनियर कर्नल फान जुन और कर्नल हुआंग शिउआ हू ने किया।
● सीमा कर्मियों की औपचारिक बैठक के दौरान एक सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम हुआ।
● कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत भारतीय ध्वज को दोनों प्रतिनिधिमंडल के सदस्यों द्वारा सलामी और उसके बाद दोनों प्रतिनिधिमंडलों के नेताओं द्वारा संबोधन से हुई।
