Salman Khan tops 2016 Forbes India Celebrity 100 List
Popular bollywood actor Salman Khan topped the 2016 Forbes India Celebrity 100 List.
● As per the list released by the Forbes magazine on 23 December 2016, 50-year-old Salman Khan retained the top spot due to the commercial success of his two big releases - Sultan and Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo.
● Salman Khan’s total earnings constituted 9.84 percent of the total wealth of all the top 100 celebrities for the year.
● While the top 100 celebrities cumulatively earned Rs 2745 crore, Salman earned Rs 270.33 crore in one year period.

सुपरस्टार सलमान खान ने फोर्ब्स इंडिया सेलिब्रिटी 100 की लिस्ट में 2016 के सबसे ज्यादा कमाऊ सेलिब्रिटी के तौर पर शाहरुख खान को पीछे छोड़कर पहले नंबर की जगह ले ली है. उनकी सालाना अनुमानित आय करीब 270.33 करोड़ रुपये है.
● पत्रिका ने सलमान के पहले नंबर पर काबिज होने के लिए 2015 में उनकी ‘प्रेम रतन धन पायो’ और 2016 में ‘सुल्तान’ की बड़ी सफलता को वजह बताया.
● अमेरिकी पत्रिका के अनुसार, ऐसा कोई साल नहीं गया है जब शाहरुख या सलमान 100 सेलिब्रिटी की लिस्ट में नं.1 न रहे हों.
● फोर्ब्स इंडिया के अनुसार सलमान की अनुमानित कुल आय टॉप 100 सेलिब्रिटियों की कुल दौलत का 9.84 प्रतिशत है. इस मामले में दूसरे नंबर पर रहे शाहरुख ने 221.75 करोड़ रुपये की कमाई की है और प्रसिद्धि के मामले में तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया है.
