Jharkhand fastest growing tourist place in India
According to the latest tourism statistics by the government, Jharkhand is the fastest growing tourist destination in India.
• The state recorded a 40% increase in tourism from 2012 to 2014, with Ranchi being the most popular destination among tourists.
• As per the statistics, Tamil Nadu emerged as the top destination for foreign tourists.
• The state recorded a 40% increase in tourism from 2012 to 2014, with 33.5 million visitors in 2014, including 158,000 foreign tourists, up from a miniscule 3111 foreign visitors in 2001.
• The exact reasons for Jharkhand’s growing popularity are unclear, but one likely factor is the improving security situation since the centre approved the creation of the state from the southern part of Bihar to appease tribal separatists in 2000.
सरकार की ओर से नवीनतम पर्यटन आंकड़ों के अनुसार, झारखंड भारत में सबसे तेजी से बढ़ते पर्यटन स्थल में से है।
• राज्य रांची पर्यटकों के बीच सबसे लोकप्रिय गंतव्य होने के साथ 2012 से 2014 के बीच पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में 40% वृद्धि दर्ज की गई ।
• आंकड़ों के अनुसार , तमिलनाडु विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए शीर्ष गंतव्य के रूप में उभरा।
• राज्य में 2012 से 2014 के बीच पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में 40% की वृद्धि हुई जिससे 33.5 लाख आगंतुक 2014 में थे तो वहीँ इनमे से 158,000 विदेशी पर्यटकों भी शामिल थे . ये 2001 में आने वाले विदेशी पर्यटकों के मुकाबले 3111 ज्यादा है ।
• झारखंड की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता के लिए एकदम सही कारण स्पष्ट नहीं हैं, लेकिन एक संभावना है की इसके पीछे सुरक्षा में सुधार है, क्योंकि केंद्र सरकार ने बिहार के दक्षिणी हिस्से को 2000 में जनजातीय अलगाववादियों को खुश करने के लिए नये राज्य में तब्दील करने की मंजूरी दे दी थी ।
