● Colonel Rathore has been appointed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for representing India in this meeting.
● The President of Egypt, Mr. Abdel-Fattah al-CC, will inaugurate this five-day seminar.
● In this summit clause, the heads of state government heads, youth affairs minister and representative of United Nations, Arab League and Africa Union of 14 countries are likely to participate.
● The purpose of this seminar is to connect the youth with the main global policymakers from all over the world.

Laws Regarding Bankruptcy Solutions for Firms, Individual Enterprises By December 2017
New rules for firms and individual enterprises will be prepared soon after new insolvency and loan redressal regulations.
● An IBBI officer of the Indian Bankruptcy and Credit Refinance Board said this today.
● Ranjita Dubey, Deputy Manager, IBBI, said in a discussion with the Merchant Chamber of Commerce here that in the case of individuals and companies, the rules and guidelines for the first phase of bankruptcy regulations will be released by December this year.
● The draft rules for the bankruptcy solution process for individual entrepreneurs and firms were put on the website for public comment.
● For this, the last date for October 31 was laid.
● IBBI, however, will continue its discussion on the draft of the rules and in the meantime it will also consider the suggestions that will be received by November 10.
Reliance Communications will stop voice calls from December 1
Customers of RCom can port their numbers to other networks by the end of this year i.e. 31 December 2017.
● Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), a rule making body for the telecom sector, gave this information.
● TRAI said in the instructions issued to telecom operator on October 31, "RCL (Reliance Communications Ltd) will make available only 4G data services to its customers. Consequently, on December 1, 2017, subscribers will not get voice services.
● RCom told TRAI that it gives 2G and 4G services in eight telecom circles, such as Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Maharashtra, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Western Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
● Anil Ambani's company told TRAI that the company will upgrade the CDMA network of Systema Shyam Teleservices, which has merged into it so that in Delhi, Rajasthan, UP West, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, West Bengal, Gujarat and Kolkata etc. in Service Areas 4G services could be provided.
For the first time Apple will turn to Indian Engineering Colleges for campus placement
This will be the first time that Apple will come to campus placement in any Indian college.
● Apple Indian Institute of Information Technology (Triple IT) is to come to Hyderabad.

Poverty-free India will be ready by 2022: Policy Commission
Niti Aayog, in its presentation, said that by 2022, the country will be prepared to redress the six problems - poverty, dirt, corruption, terrorism, casteism and communalism.
● Niti Aayog Deputy Chairman Rajiv Kumar presented the New India A2022 document in the Governor's conference last month.
● It was published today on the Policy Commission's website.
● Kumar said that there is an emphasis on creating a mass movement for development so that by 2022, India can get this six types of freedom (freedom from poverty, dirt, corruption, terrorism, casteism and communalism).
● In Kumar's presentation, a new India has been talked about by 2022, which will be free from poverty, dirt, corruption, terrorism, casteism and communalism.
● It has not been clarified in the document that the Policy Commission is talking about laying the foundation for resolving these six problems till 2022.
● However, Rajiv Kumar clarified that he meant to prepare such land till 2022, in which to get rid of these six problems.
SEBI court sent Ketan Parekh to judicial custody
The special court hearing the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has sent former stock broker Ketan Parekh to judicial custody for not being present in the court despite a summons in the Indian case.
● Ketan Parekh is the main name for people nominated in the 2001 Securities Scam associated with Madhavpura Mercantile Cooperative Bank.
● SEBI has filed a lawsuit against him in various crimes, including rigging the market.
● On Friday, when Parekh reached court to appear.
● At the same time special court judge MG Deshpande sent him in judicial custody.
● An SEBI official said, Parekh was taken into judicial custody immediately after appearing in front of special SEBI court.
● In the case of non-observance of SEBI orders, the court order against Parekh was issued last month.
● Ketan Parekh was convicted in 2008 for manipulation of shares.

India will be a high middle economy by 2047: World Bank CEO
Ease of Doing Business, the World Bank, which gives India a 30-point jump in 2018, believes that India will become a high middle income economy in the next 30 years.
● The World Bank said on Saturday that GST and other reforms would increase the level of India's economy.
● World Bank Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kristalina Georgieva said that being a fourfold increase in per capita income in India is an extraordinary achievement.
● He credited this with the last three decades of reforms in the country.
● He also praised India for achieving 100th position in the Business Facilitation Report.
● He said that there was no such jump in the ranking that started 15 years ago.
● He said, "When we look at the huge size of India, this achievement becomes particularly rarer even more.
● I can understand that putting a century for cricket lovers this country is a very important achievement. '
● In the India's Business Reform program organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Delhi, he said, "For success, it is necessary for them to adopt and move forward at a higher level.

जितेन्द्र सिंह ने विश्व खाद्य भारत 2017 में पूर्वोत्तर भारत में सुअवसरों की खोज पर आयोजित सम्मेलन
डा. जितेन्द्र सिंह ने कहा कि भारत का पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र वास्तव में सुअवसरों की खोज की गई भूमि है।
● उन्होने कहा कि हमें अब और आगे बढ़ना है और निर्णय लेना है कि कैसे आगे बढें।
● प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में सरकार द्वारा उठाए गए कदमों का उल्लेख करते हुए उन्होने बताया कि विगत तीन वर्षों में भारतीय पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र की अज्ञात क्षमताओं को उभारने के लिए प्रयासों की पहल की गई है और अब भारत के शेष भाग को पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र से बहुत कुछ सीखना है।
● मंत्री महोदय ने कहा कि देश के सम्पूर्ण विकास के लिए सभी क्षेत्रों का संतुलित विकास आवश्यक है।
● पूर्वोत्तर की क्षमतों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए मंत्री महोदय ने कहा कि पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र के पास बांस की 50 श्रेणियाँ, केले की 14 किस्में और चकोतरा फल की 14 किस्में हैं।
● पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र में अनानास और संतरे की पैदावार बहुतायत से है।
● उन्होने कहा कि इन उत्पादों को निर्यात में यदि सहयोग नहीं मिलता है तो यह उत्पादन व्यर्थ हो जाता है।
● उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार द्वारा रेल और सड़क संयोजकता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया है।

● कर्नल राठौर को इस गोष्ठी में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की ओर से नियुक्त किया गया है।
● इस पाँच दिवसीय गोष्ठी का उद्घाटन कल मिस्र के राष्ट्रपति श्री अब्देल-फतेह अल-सीसी करेंगे।
● इस शिखर सम्मेलन खण्ड में 14 देशों के राज्यों/सरकार के प्रमुख, युवा मामलों के मंत्री और संयुक्त राष्ट्र, अरब लीग और अफ्रीका संघ के प्रतिनिधियों के भाग लेने की संभावना है।

फर्मों, व्यक्तिगत उद्यमों के लिये दिवाला समाधान संबंधी नियम दिसंबर 2017 तक
नये दिवाला एवं रिण शोधन अक्षमता नियमनों के तहत फर्मों और व्यक्तिगत उद्यमों के लिये नये नियमों को जल्द ही तैयार कर लिया जायेगा।
● भारतीय दिवाला एवं रिण शोधन बोर्ड आईबीबीआई के एक अधिकारी ने आज यह कहा।
● आईबीबीआई के उप-महा प्रबंधक रंजीता दुबे ने यहां मर्चेंट चैंबर आफ कामर्स के साथ आयोजित एक परिचर्चा कहा, व्यक्तियों और कंपनियों के मामले में दिवाला नियमनों के पहले चरण के लिये नियम और दिशानिर्देश इस साल दिसंबर तक जारी कर दिये जायेंगे।
● व्यक्तिगत उद्यमियों और फर्मों के लिये दिवाला समाधान प्रक्रिया के नियमों का मसौदा सार्वजनिक टिप्पणी के लिये वेबसाइट पर डाला गया था।
● इसके लिये 31 अक्तूबर अंतिम तिथि रखी गई थी।
● आईबीबीआई, हालांकि, नियमों के मसौदे पर अपनी चर्चा जारी रखेगा और इस बीच वह उसे 10 नवंबर तक मिलने वाले सुझाावों पर भी विचार कर लेगा।
1 दिसंबर से वॉइस कॉल्स बंद कर देगा रिलायंस कम्यूनिकेशंस
आरकॉम के ग्राहक इस साल के आखिर तक यानी 31 दिसंबर 2017 तक अपने नंबर्स दूसरे नेटवर्क्स में पोर्ट करवा सकते हैं।
● टेलिकॉम सेक्टर के लिए नियम बनानेवाली संस्था टेलिकॉम रेग्युलेटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया (ट्राइ) ने इसकी जानकारी दी।
● ट्राइ ने सभी टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटर्स को जारी निर्देश में कहा कि 31 अक्टूबर को आरकॉम ने उसे बताया कि 'आरसीएल (रिलायंस कम्यूनिकेशन लि.) अपने ग्राहकों को सिर्फ 4G डेटा सर्विसेज ही उपलब्ध कराएगा। नतीजतन 1 दिसंबर 2017 से सब्सक्राइबर्स को वॉइस सर्विसेज नहीं मिलेंगी।'
● आरकॉम ने ट्राइ को बताया कि वह आंध्र प्रदेश, हरियाणा, महाराष्ट्र, पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश, पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक और केरल आदि आठ टेलिकॉम सर्कल्स में 2G और 4G सर्विसेज देता है।
● अनिल अंबानी की कंपनी ने ट्राइ को बताया कि वह कंपनी सिस्टेमा श्याम टेलिसर्विसेज के सीडीएमए नेटवर्क को अपग्रेड करेगी जिसका इसमें विलय हो चुका है ताकि दिल्ली, राजस्थान, यूपी वेस्ट, तमिलनाडु, केरल, कर्नाटक, पश्चिम बंगाल, गुजरात और कोलकाता आदि सर्विस एरियाज में 4G सर्विसेज मुहैया कराई जा सके।
पहली बार कैंपस प्लेसमेंट के लिए भारतीय इंजिनियरिंग कॉलेजों का रुख करेगा ऐपल
ऐसा पहली बार होगा जब ऐपल किसी भारतीय कॉलेज में कैंपस प्लेसमेंट के लिए आएगा।
● ऐपल इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ इन्फर्मेशन टेक्नॉलजी (ट्रिपल आईटी) हैदराबाद में आनेवाला है।
● कंपनी के आने की खबर से छात्र काफी उत्साहित हैं।
● कॉलेज के प्लेसमेंट हेड टी. वी. देवी प्रसाद ने कहा, 'कैंपस प्लेसमेंट में ऐपल के आने को लेकर हम काफी उत्साहित हैं।
● हालांकि हमें अभी यह नहीं पता है कि कंपनी किस जॉब प्रोफाइल के लिए आ रही है, लेकिन यह हमारे छात्रों के लिए अपना टैलंट दिखाने का एक बेहतरीन मौका है।'
● उन्होंने बताया कि ऐपल प्लेंसमेंट के लिए ट्रिपल आईटी के हैदराबाद और बेंगलुरु कैंपस में जाएगा।
● ऐपल के अलावा दुनिया की अन्य मशहूर टेक्नॉलजी कंपनियां गूगल, माइक्रोसॉफ्ट और फिलिप्स भी कॉलेज में आनेवाली हैं।

गरीबी मुक्त भारत के लिए 2022 तक तैयार कर ली जाएगी जमीन: नीति आयोग
सरकार को सलाह देनेवाली संस्था नीति आयोग ने अपने प्रजेंटेशन में कहा कि साल 2022 तक देश को छह समस्याओं- गरीबी, गंदगी, भ्रष्टाचार, आतंकवाद, जातिवाद और सांप्रदायिकता- से निजात दिलाने के लिए जमीन तैयार कर ली जाएगी, जब देश 2022 में स्वाधीनता की 75वीं वर्षगांठ मना रहा होगा।
● नीति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष राजीव कुमार ने पिछले महीने राज्यपालों के सम्मेलन में न्यू इंडिया ए2022 दस्तावेज पेश किया।
● इसे आज नीति आयोग की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित किया गया।
● कुमार ने कहा इसमें विकास को जन आंदोलन बनाने का जोर है ताकि 2022 तक भारत को यह छह प्रकार की आजादी (गरीबी, गंदगी, भ्रष्टाचार, आतंकवाद, जातिवाद और सांप्रदायिकता से आजादी) प्राप्त हो सके।
● कुमार के प्रजेंटेशन में 2022 तक एक नए भारत की बात की गई है, जो गरीबी, गंदगी, भ्रष्टाचार, आतंकवाद, जातिवाद और सांप्रदायिकता से मुक्त होगा।
● दस्तावेज में यह स्पष्ट नहीं किया गया है कि नीति आयोग 2022 तक इन छह समस्याओं के निराकरण की आधारशिला रखने की बात कर रहा है।
● हालांकि, राजीव कुमार ने स्पष्टीकरण दिया कि उनका तात्पर्य 2022 तक ऐसी जमीन तैयार करने से है, जिनमें इन छह समस्याओं से छुटकारा पाया जा सके।
सेबी न्यायालय ने केतन पारेख को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा
भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड सेबी के मामलों की सुनवाई करने वाली विशेष अदालत ने पूर्व शेयर ब्रोकर केतन पारेख को भारतीय एक मामले में कई बार सम्मन के बावजूद अदालत में हाजिर नहीं होने के लिए न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया है।
● केतन पारेख माधवपुरा मर्केंटाइल सहकारी बैंक से जुड़े 2001 प्रतिभूति घोटाले में नामजद लोगों में मुख्य नाम है।
● सेबी ने उसके खिलाफ बाजार में हेराफेरी करने समेत विभिन्न अपराधों में मुकदमा दायर किया है।
● शुक्रवार को जब पारेख न्यायालय में पेश होने को पहुंचा था।
● उसी समय विशेष अदालत के न्यायाधीश एम जी देशपांडे ने उन्हें न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया।
● सेबी के एक अधिकारी ने बताया, पारेख को विशेष सेबी अदालत के सामने पेश होने के तुरंत बाद न्यायिक हिरासत में लिया गया था।
● सेबी के आदेशों का पालन न करने के मामले में पिछले महीने पारेख के खिलाफ अदालती फरमान जारी किया गया था।
● केतन पारेख को 2008 में शेयर हेरफेरी करने के मामले में दोषी ठहराया गया था।
भारत 2047 तक हाई मिडल इकॉनमी होगा: विश्व बैंक सीईओ
ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिजनस, 2018 में भारत को 30 स्थान की जंप देने वाले वर्ल्ड बैंक का मानना है कि भारत अगले 30 साल में हाई मिडल इनकम इकॉनमी बन जाएगा।
● विश्व बैंक ने शनिवार को कहा कि जीएसटी और अन्य सुधारों से भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था का स्तर बढ़ेगा।
● विश्वबैंक की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (सीईओ) क्रिस्टालीना जॉर्जिवा ने भारत में प्रति व्यक्ति आय बढ़ कर चार गुना होने को एक असाधारण उपलब्धि बताया।
● उन्होंने इसका श्रेय देश में पिछले तीन दशक के सुधारों को दिया।
● उन्होंने कारोबार सुगमता रिपोर्ट में 100वां स्थान हासिल करने को लेकर भी भारत की तारीफ की।
● उन्होंने कहा कि 15 साल पहले शुरू हुई इस रैंकिंग में इतनी जंप देखने को नहीं मिली है।
● उन्होंने कहा, 'जब हम भारत के विशाल आकार पर गौर करते हैं तो यह उपलब्धि विशेष रूप से और भी विरली हो जाती है।
● मैं समझ सकती हूं कि क्रिकेट प्रेमी इस देश के लिए शतक जड़ना एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि है।'
● वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय द्वारा दिल्ली में आयोजित इंडियाज बिजनस रिफॉर्म कार्यक्रम में उन्होंने कहा, 'सफलता के लिए जरूरी है कि उच्च स्तर पर उसे अपनाने और आगे बढ़ाने वाले हों।
● हमने सीखा हैं कि सुधारों के लिए धैर्य की जरूरत होती है।
● भारत के बारे में हमारी मान्यता है कि आज की ये सफलताएं भविष्य के सुधारों के लिए और अधिक ऊर्जा के रूप में काम आएंगी।'
