All India Survey 2017-18 report on Higher Education released
 
●        On the occasion of Guru Purnima, the Human Resource Development Ministry organized a National Conference of Directors of VCs and Higher Education Institutes in New Delhi today.
●        The conference was chaired by Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Shri Prakash Javadekar and Minister of State for Human Resource Development and Higher Education Dr. Satyapal Singh was also present on this occasion.
●        This three-day conference began on 26th July and concluded on July 28, 2018.
 
Army Hospital will be inaugurated with special facilities in Udhampur: Dr. Jitendra Singh
●        In Jammu and Kashmir, Udhampur will soon be inaugurating a military hospital with special facilities.
●        In this hospital, along with state-of-the-art health facilities, DM and MCH trained highly specialized doctors will provide their services.

●        This partnership will be the means of economic benefits of about 20 billion dollars for the two countries in the next decade.
●        This will lead to faster growth in blockchain and artificial intelligence and analytics.

India and China agree to keep peace on the border
 
●        India and China held bilateral meetings during the BRICS summit on July 26, 2018.

Novelis bought Ellery's for $ 2.58 billion

●        Geo's net profits increased 20 percent to Rs 612 crore in the April-June quarter.
