●        As the food items, the accessories used in cosmetics and toilets , such as face wash, soap, shampoo, and toothpaste will have symbol of brown / red or green dot.
●        This product will show a vegetarian or non-vegetarian source used in the manufacture .

India will go to WTO for import duty on steel and aluminum
 
●        On the issue of import duty on aluminum and steel, India has dragged Amorica into the WTO (World Trade Organization).
●        India has said that the US decision to impose import duty on these products will affect its exports.
●        This move of US is not in compliance with global business rules.

Government looking into proposals for clearing foreign chartered planes in one day
●        The government is considering a proposal of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to reduce the time for allowing chartered planes to enter the country or leave the country for less than a day.

Railway to run trains in North-Eastern

●        These tunnels will be built at a cost of approximately Rs 6,800 crore, which will be the longest two-way traffic facility in Asia.

Government will provide 2.5 lakh rupees for buying electric cars and bikes
●        The Central government will help up to 2.5 lakh rupees to buy electric cars by scrapping petrol or diesel cars.
●        At the same time, those who purchase electric two wheelers up to Rs 1.5 lakh will get subsidy of up to 30 thousand rupees.
 
Supreme Court Approves Central Government's draft plan in Cauvery Water Dispute Case
●        The Supreme Court approved the Central Government's draft on Cauvery Management Plan to ensure the smooth sharing of water sharing between the four states of South India situated on the banks of Kaveri on May 18, 2018.
●        The decision was passed by the Bench of Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice DY Chandrachud.

India can increase import duty on 20 US products
●        In the matter of raising the fee on steel and aluminum import of US, India has made preparations for the counter reply.
●        India has told the World Trade Organization that if the US does not take back the high fees imposed on steel and aluminum products, then India would increase the duty on 20 products including almonds, apples and special motorcycles from next month. 
●        India has said that the fee for these items is proposed to increase from 5 to 100 percent.
 

China to buy worth 200 billion dollars to eliminate business losses from USA
●        This attempt of China will probably end its business dispute with the US.
●        China has decided to buy  $ 200 billion to reduce trade deficit with the United States.

Lupine losses to 783 crore in March quarter
 
●        Giant pharmaceutical company Lupine has reported a net loss of Rs 783.54 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31.
●        The losses in the acquisition of this loss to the company and the liabilities associated with the company's second work in the US.
●        In the same quarter of the financial year 2016-17, the company had a net profit of Rs. 380.21.
