Help to urban poor!! 81,757 houses in 7 states.

 In an offer to advantage urban poor under the PM's Awas Yojana (Urban), Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation licensed development of 81,757 houses for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in urban zones in 7 states.

* Venture Outlay – Rs. 4, 076 cr.
* From aggregate oultay Ministry will imbue focal help of 1,226 cr @ Rs.1.50 lakh per every house.
* 163 urban communities of chose 7 states will be secured under the advantage urban poor venture.
* Help to urban poor!! 81,757 houses in 7 states. The complete houses endorsed Housing for all activity of the Government will be worked under two segments viz.
* Beneficary Led Construction – Out of aggregate houses endorsed, 58,456 houses will be worked under this part. As a part of this, recipients will assemble new houses all alone land with help from focal and state governments.
* Reasonable Housing in Partnership – Rests 23,301 houses will be based on the terms that state governments will give land and the focal government gives a help of 1.50 lakh for every recipient.

* With this assent, government has achieved an aggregate endorsing of 5.07 lakh houses for financially weaker areas in 13 states with an aggregate focal help of Rs.7, 519 cr.
