SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Analysis, questions asked: 7th Sept 2016

SSC CGL examination is the ‘trend’ in the last few days and has thousands of hopes associated with it. It has come up with the best of responses among all other competitive examinations. The SSC CGL examination is held every year and is targeted to recruit candidates for different central civil posts. About 12 lakh candidates appeared the SSC CGL examination which rose to 14 lakh in the year 2014 and then it increased to 17 lakh in the year 2015. Marking Scheme under SSC CGL 2016 Tier 1 exam

  • There are four sections, namely, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension consisting of 25 questions each.

  • All sections, except the English Comprehension section are available bilingual i.e. in both Hindi and English medium.

  • Every correct answer will fetch 2 marks and 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

  • No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.

SSC CGL 2016 Tier 1- Exam Analysis: 28th August (1st and 2nd shifts)

The Staff Selection Commission has successfully conducted the SSC CGL Tier 1 examination on 28th August 2016 in two phases. The SSC CGL examination has once again proved to be the most competitive examinations. In this article, we bring you the analysis of the first and second shift of the examination. The first shift of the examination was conducted from 10 am to 11: 15 am and the second shift was conducted from 4pm to 5: 15 pm. As per the review by one of the students, the level of the questions in both the shifts were relatively easy.
