Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat High Court Recruitment 2018

  • Educational Qualifications – You must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. Also, you must have a Typing speed of 5000 key depressions on computer in English/Gujarati.

Selection Process for Gujarat High Court Recruitment 2018

To be selected for the post of Court Manager in Gujarat High Court, you need to appear for the Preliminary Elimination Test, initially. It will consist of 100 Mutliple Choice Questions. You need to secure minimum 60% marks in the Preliminary Test to qualify. After that, you have to clear the Mains Descriptive Test of 60 marks. Then, you need to clear the Practical/Skill Test (Typing Test) of 40 marks. Only Mains and Skill Test marks will be considered for preparing the final merit list.

  • Nurse A – You must have cleared 12th Standard exam and have a Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery plus valid registration as a nurse. Or you must have B. Sc. degree in Nursing or Nursing A certificate with 3 years experience in Hospital or Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces.
  • Sub-Officer B – You must have cleared 10th Standard exam plus Sub Officers’ course from National Fire Service College/CISF Fire Training Centre.
  • Leading Fireman A – You must have cleared 10th Standard exam and have experience as Firemen in a well established Fire Service Organization.
  • Driver-Cum-Pump Operator-Cum-Fireman (A) – You must have cleared 12th Standard exam (Science with Chemistry) with minimum 50% marks. Also, you must have a valid heavy vehicle driving license with minimum 1 year driving experience. Furthermore, you should have a certificate course in Fire Fighting equipments.
  • Stenographer Gr-II (English) – You must have cleared 10th standard exam. Also, you should have a minimum speed of 100 words per minute in English Stenography and 45 words per minute in English typewriting.
  • Stenographer Gr-III (English) – You must have cleared 10th standard exam. Also, you should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography and 30 words per minute in English typewriting.
  • Hindi Stenographer Gr-III – You must have cleared 10th standard exam. Also, you should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi Stenography and 30 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
  • Upper Division Clerk – You must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
  • Driver (Ordinary Grade) – You should have cleared 10th Standard exam. Also, you should possess a valid driving license for both heavy and light vehicles.
  • Security Guard – You should have cleared 10th Standard exam.
