For Upper Primary Schools

Eligibility Criteria for DEE Assam Recruitment 2018

Educational Qualification

Assistant Teacher in Lower Primary School – You must have cleared Higher Secondary with minimum 50% marks. Also, you must qualify LPTET and have a 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized University.

Assistant Teacher in Upper Primary School – You must have a Graduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized University. Also, you must qualify UPTET and have a 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed/D.Ed (Special Education).

Age Limit

You must be between 18 to 38 years of age as on 1st January 2018. However, age relaxation rules apply for the reserved candidates.

Selection will be done via documents verification and interview.
