i think the answer would be infinitive because we cannot divide any number by zero. if we did that then the answer will infinitive. on the other hand if we divide zero by any number then the answer will be zero. please recheck this answer.

Question:

If ‘+‘ means ‘÷’, ‘-‘means ‘+’, ‘x’ means ‘– ’ and ‘÷’ means ‘×’, what will be the value of the following expression? 


Options:
A) Infinite    
B) 0
C) 118 
D) 219
Solution:

Ans: (b)The given expression is 

             

Using the symbols correctly as given in the above question, the above expression becomes

[{(17 - 12) + (4 × 2)} ÷ (23 + 6)] x 0 = 0

Dear student
0 is in division but after changing the signs
it will changes into multiplication ,
and any number which multiplied
by 0 gives zero.
Given answer is correct.
