I declined the invitation (1) not because I did not want to go, (2) but because I have no time. (3) No error. (4)

Solution:
Ans: (c) (3)but because I have no time. 

It should be 'but because I had no time'.

Dear Student,
In place of have , had should be used as the sentence is in past tense.
