Question:

A circle of radius 5 cm has chord RS at a distance of 3 units from it. Chord PQ intersects with chord RS at T such that TS =  13   of RT. Find the value of PQ, if PT = 8 cm.

9.5  cm

B)

8.5 cm

PQ= PT + TQ

     = 8 + 1.5

      = 9.5 cm
