No cat is a stone is right according to diagram but you made it wrong.

Question:
Some statements are given followed by some conclusions. You have to consider the statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. You have to decide which of the given conclusions, if any, follow from the given statements.


Statements :

1.Some dogs are stones.

2.Some cats are dogs. 

Conclusions: 

I. All dogs are stones.

II.Some stones are cats.

III. No cat is stone.

Options:
A) Only II and III follow.
B) Only I and III follow.
C) Only I, II and III follow.
D) None of these

@kalyan Dheeraj exactly, only the conclusion is to be considered as true which satisfies all the possible Venn diagrams.

There is also a possibility of another diagram in which Cats and Stones intersect. So, it cannot be concluded that No cat is a stone. They did not give that solution
