wrong solution and explanation AND QUESTION (Question: 189644.0 )

Dear Expert, in the third step of the question , it is given that , he moved 45 degree to his right and in the solution you turned him 135 degree i.e. in south west........so it wrong.............in my opinion the correct answer is NORTH.

Question:
A started from a place and walked 15 km towards north, then turned 90° to his right and walked another 15 km. Then he turned 45º to his right and walked 12 kms and turned 135º to his left. What is his direction now?
Options:
A) North
B) South-East
C) East
D) South-West
