If new height is 18 cm and base is 40 cm, how it is forming a Pythagorean triplet in the second triangle as 18^2 + 20^2 = 41^2. Please explain if I am not wrong :)

Question:

A triangle has sides measuring 41 cm, 41 cm and 18 cm. A second triangle has sides measuring 41 cm, 41 cm and x cm where x cm is a whole number but not equal to 18. If the two triangles have same area, what is the value of x  – 
