Question:
Two numbers are in the ratio 1 \(\cfrac{1}{2}\)  : 2 \(\cfrac{2}{3}\) . When each of those number is increased by 15, they become in the ratio 1 \(\cfrac{2}{3}\)  : 2 \(\cfrac{1}{2}\) . The greater of the number is – 
Options:
A) 27
B) 36
C) 48
D) 64
Solution:
Ans: (c) The ratio of number1 and number


So, greater number = 16 × 3 = 48
