Ans: (d) 2nd October 2013 → Wednesday.

2nd October 2014 → 1 day gain means Thursday.

2nd October 2015 → 1 day gain means Friday.

2nd October 2016 → 2 day gains means Sunday.

2nd October 2017 → 1 day gains means Monday.

Thus 2nd October 2017 will be Monday.
