Solution:
Ans: (b) ∴ Angle traced by minutes hand in 1 minute = \(\left ( \cfrac {1}{2} \right )^o\).

3:45 a.m. to 4:15 a.m. = 30 minutes

∴ Angle traced by hour hand in 30 minutes = 30 × \(\cfrac{1}{2}^o\)= 15o.
