Options:
A)

More important source of wealth are being produced by intellectual work than by manufacturing.

B)

More important source of wealth has been produced by intellectual work than by manufacturing.

C)

More important source of wealth had been  produced by intellectual work than by manufacturing. 

D)

More important source of wealth is being produced by intellectual work than by manufacturing.

Solution:

Ans: (d) D would be the correct passive form of the sentence. Present continuous passive should be formed by IS/AM/ARE + BEING + III form of verb.
