Given, x = root3 + root2

1/x= root3 - root2


Now, we have been asked to find the value of x3 - 1/x3

x3 - 1/x3 = (x-1/x) ( x2 + 1/x2 + x(1/x)

Just put the values and you will get 22root2...i.e option C
