Upon solving the question truly their are two possibilities for the values of a (3 and 15)
and for b(2,-6)
So the first ratio that can come 3/2 and the result is 9/4
The second ratio is 5/-2 and thus the result is 25/4
Given in the question that both variable a and b should be of the opposite signs , which is only apparent in the second case of a =15, b=-6
Thus the correct answer is (d)
