Wrong options (Question: 113854.1 )

I think ans should be -> he said to me that you couldn't bathe in that sea as it was very rough.

Bcoz here bath is used for Object which is not the person who is saying this statement.

What you are saying is a partial passive sentence
we have to convert it in the complete passive sentence
