Solution:

The pattern followed here is,

Third row: 5 + 6 → 11, 6 + 7 → 13, 7 + 8 → 15,

Second row: 11 + 13 → 24, 13 + 15 → 18,

Similarly, first row: 24 + 28 → 52.

Hence, answer is 52.

@sanjay kumar Question mark sign (?) will be replaced with the digits 6543 because the first and fourth digits and as well as the second and third digits in the circle get interchanged in each step.
