R: We don’t think it deserves much importance.

S: Civic sense or rather the lack of it has been widely discussed and somehow it is an undisputed fact that we Indians don’t seem to care much for it.

Options:
A)

PRQS

B)

SPQR

C)

QSPR

D)

SQRP

Solution:

In statement S, “Civic Sense” is being talked about and also it is supported by other statements. Hence, statement S will be placed at the first position. There is only one option having S at the first place which SQRP. So it will be the correct order of arrangement.
