wrong expalnation..please improve the content ..there are a lot of mistakes in these mock tests (Question: 246513.0 )

the base value while computing the %profit should be the tot cp(110) and not (100)..wrong explanation

Question:
A man bought a refrigerator and spent 10% on transportation. If after giving a discount of 10% he wants to make a profit of 10%. Find what percent above the cost price he has marked the price of the refrigerator? 
Options:

B) \(\cfrac{200}{9}\)%
C) \(34\cfrac{5}{9}\) %

In the explanation cp should be 110 but it has taken 100
