in (1-11),9 and 8 are not triangles...so if we exclude them..there are 25 triangles

How many triangles are there in the given figure ?


Options:
A) 17
B) 21
C) 25
D) More than 25

There are 25 triangles in the given figure – (1 – 11 except 8 and 9), (2, 3), (3, 4), 

(4, 5), (6, 7), (2, 5), (10, 11), (9, 10), (8,11),  (1, 2, 5), (6, 9, 10), (7, 8, 11), 

(2, 5, 6), (4, 5, 6, 7 ), (2, 5, 6, 7), 

(8, 9, 10, 11) and (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)

@sanket singh you right There are 25 triangles in the given figure – (1 – 11 except 8 and 9), (2, 3), (3, 4),
(4, 5), (6, 7), (2, 5), (10, 11), (9, 10), (8,11), (1, 2, 5), (6, 9, 10), (7, 8, 11),
(2, 5, 6), (4, 5, 6, 7 ), (2, 5, 6, 7),
(8, 9, 10, 11) and (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)

you are right 9 and 8 are not triangles
