Radical is adjective and radically is adverb and "economic transformation" is being used as a noun, and adjective qualifies Noun, not adverb.

Dear student
We have fixed it.
The term 'Economics' is used
only when it referred as subject,
but here economy is not subject,
so option (b) is correct answer.
