Solution:

Ans:(c) It was expected by me that he will give us financial aid.

C is the correct answer
We have to convert each and every word of the given statement in the passive statement
The problem with the 1st sentence is that
It doesn't include the passive conversion of the statement is actually saying that same sentence
Thus the correct answer is (c)
