sir, answer should be 18 sec.
time interval =8 when clock strike 5 times that means it took 4 break and every break is of 2 sec. similarly for 10 times, it will take 9 breaks and the answer will be 9*2=18 sec.

Question:

A clock strikes once at 1 o'clock twice at 2 o'clock and thrice at 3 o'clock, and so on. If it takes 8 seconds to strike at 5 o'clock, the time take by it to strike at 10 o'clock is
