current source is absolutly wrong answer. if there is zero initial voltage, then at steady state( t=infinite) the capacitor voltage depends on the applied input, but no information given that, what was the input at t=0, so a voltage source could be the right ans, but if we assume that, nothing is applied at or after t=0, so, an open ckt would be a close answer

Question:

A capacitor with no initial charge at t =  acts:

Options:
A)

Open-Circuit

B)

Voltage Source

C)

Current Source

D)

Short-Circuits

Solution:

Ans:(c) A capacitor with no initial charge at t = ∞ acts as Open-Circuit.
